The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (“ACA”) was signed into law on March 23, 2010, and became Public Law 111-148. It has been amended or supplemented several times, most notably by The Health Care and Education Reconciliation Act of 2010 (“Reconciliation Act”) (Pub. L. No. 111-152).
